Usually when the RV traveling season is over, we will take care of our investment and store it well for next trip. Ideally to park our RV in a shelter or under a roof, but for some RV owners, that’s just not possible. If your RV has to be outside all winter or for a long time, we would recommend to invest a cover made especially for an RV—it provides a long-term protection.
How does a RV cover protect our vehicle?
1, From sun damage: Constant exposure to the sun and UV rays will not only make the external material especially roof of the RV damaged, but also shorten the service life of the internal furniture and appliance. The RV cover, like a glove, protects it from the UV damage, keep our RV same/new as before.
2, From snow damage. RV owners living in the north area have to think long and hard about snow. Just a few inches of snow can do a lot of damage to our RV. This is more problematic if we do a few quick thaw/freeze cycles during the season. With rv cover, the snow will be kept out of our investment. Don’ t forget to protect the tires in winter also.
3, From moisture damage: moisture is the enemy of the RV and travel trailer. Water maybe collected in depressions in the roof, or it can be collected and absorbed by pine needles, leaves, grass, and other kinds of debris. When spring comes, it can lead to mold and mildew. Leader’s RV cover is made of five layers non-woven, with air vent systems and good air permeability, protects the RV against rain and moisture.
4, From wind damage: wind, especially strong winds can carry grits, leaves and others to scratch the RV’s exterior. With the protection from RV cover, you don’t have this kind of worry.
