Open the legs under the luggage basket and you will get a stable table that can be used as a camping kitchen for cooking, barbecue, etc.
The longest distance is about 5.5-inch between the tube’s hole center(or the hole center of the receiver) and the top of the basket when folded, please make sure there is enough distance for the folded-up hitch cargo basket to accommodate a spare tire.
